气相色谱法同时测定叶菜中15种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量

Simultaneous determination of 15 kinds of organochlorines and pyrethroid pesticide multiresidues in leafy vegetables by gas chromatography

目的：建立气相色谱法测定叶类蔬菜中15种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量的分析方法。方法：蔬菜捣碎用乙腈提取,盐析,用氮吹仪吹干,正己烷溶解,Florisil柱净化,滤液再次氮吹近干,正己烷定容,采用DB-1毛细管柱分离,ECD检测器测定。结果：15种有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药能较好地分离,峰面积与其浓度均具有良好线性,低水平的加标回收率在71.5%～128.8%之间,高水平的加标回收率大部分在70.7%～123.1%之间,相对标准偏差均小于20%。结论：本方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可以满足叶类蔬菜中有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药检测的需要。

Objective：To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 15 kinds of organochlorines and pyrethroid pesticide multiresidues in leafy vegetables by gas chromatography（GC）.Methods：The sample was determined by electron capture detector（ECD） with DB-1 capillary column after acetonitrile extraction,salting-out,concentration,Florisil column purification,and dissolved to constant volume with n-hexane.Results：Good linearities were obtained for 15 organochlorines and pyrethroid pesticide multiresidues.The average recoveries at two concentration levels ranged from 71.5%～128.8% and from 70.7%～123.1%（several was excluded）,with relative standard deviations all under 20%.Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable and it can be applied to determine the organochlorines and pyrethroid pesticide multiresidues in leafy vegetables.
