摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定电热水壶中9种抗氧化剂迁移水平的方法。方法:选用C18柱,流动相为A甲醇(含乙酸1%)和B水(含乙酸1%),梯度洗脱,流速为0.9 ml/min,DAD检测器。结果:本法相关性好(r〉0.9973),精密度高(RSD%〈7.14),检出限低(6.0~8.9μg/L)。9种抗氧化剂的加标回收率为80.3%~98.1%。结论:该方法简单,快速,准确,能够满足日常检验的需要。
Objective:Ananalytical method for the determination of specific migration levels of nine antioxidants from electric kettle into water had been developed.Methods:The methods was based on reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) under the condition of gradient elution with A: CH3OH(include 1% CH3COOH) and B: H2O(include 1% CH3COOH) by use C18 colunm,and ultraviolet diode-array detector.Results:This method had good relativity(r〉0.9973) and good analytic precision(RSD%〈7.14),the detection limit was 6.0~8.9 μg/L,and the recoveries of the nine compositions were from 80.3% to 98.1%.Conclusion:Its advantages are simple operation,quickness,high sensitivity and precise results.This method can be applied widely and suitable for trace analysis of samples.
