671例肿瘤患者血浆D-二聚体检测结果回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of D-dimer test results of 671 tumor patients

目的：探讨肿瘤患者血浆D-二聚体的表达情况,为肿瘤患者的临床治疗提供有效的实验数据。方法：对本院2007年6月～12月间的恶性肿瘤患者671例的D-二聚体的检测结果进行回顾性分析。结果：D-二聚体的异常表达与性别无关,与年龄和所患疾病有关。结论：肿瘤患者在接受治疗前已有不同程度的继发纤溶存在,D-二聚体检测有助于判断恶性肿瘤患者的病情变化。

Objective：To provide effective experimental data for the clinical treatment of tumor patients by exploration of the expression situation of tumor patient′s blood plasma D-dimer.Methods：Carry on retrospective analysis of the D-dimer test result of 617 cases malignancies patients,who received treatment in our hospital from June to Dec.2007.Results：The D-dimer′s abnormal expression has nothing to do with the sex,but contracts with age and related disease.Conclusion：Secondary fibrinolysis of different degree has existed before the tumor patients accept treatment.The D-dimer test is helpful to judge condition of malignancies.
