摘要
目的:了解我院临床分离的62株鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性。方法:采用VITEK 60全自动微生物分析仪对菌株鉴定及药敏检测。结果:ICU(重症监护病房)中分离到的菌株最多,占25%,尿液和痰液中分离到的菌株较多,各占35.5%和33.9%,对三代喹诺酮、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦和亚胺培南的敏感率高,均大于90%,氨曲南的敏感率最低为16.1%。结论:氨曲南不适合鲍曼不动杆菌感染的治疗。宜首选三代喹诺酮、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦和亚胺培南治疗鲍曼不动杆菌引起的感染。
Objective:To study the drug resistance of 62 A.baumannii isolates in our hospital.Methods:The clinical isolates were identified and their antimicrobial susceptibility was detected by VITEK-60 of Bio-Merieux of France.Results:Majority was separated from intensive care units and the ratio was 25%.A.baumannii was mostly separated from urine and sputum,the ratio was 35.5% and 33.9%.The susceptibility rates to third generation quinolones,imipenem and piperacillin/tazobactam were higher than the average,they were all over 90%.The susceptibility rate to aztreonam was the lowest,the ratio was 16.1%.Conclusion:Curing infections caused by A.baumannii,third generation Quinolones,Imipenem and Piperacillin/Tazobactam are of the best choice.
