2005～2007年盐城市盐都区不同人群抗-HIV检测分析

Detection and analysis of anti-HIV in different populations in Yandu of Yancheng from 2005 to 2007

目的：分析盐城市盐都区不同人群中艾滋病流行现状与特征,为今后的艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法：对2005～2007年盐都区外来婚嫁人员、娱乐场所女性性服务者、劳教收容人员、性病门诊就诊者、男男性接触人群、部分外出务工人群和留守家属、既往有偿献血史人群、孕产妇、高校学生、抗-HIV阳性者配偶,采用ELISA方法检测抗-HIV。结果：2005～2007年共检测不同人群血清9003份,初筛检测抗-HIV阳性8例,确认抗-HIV阳性8例,阳性率0.089%。其中,AIDS 1例（外出务工者,已死亡）。外来婚嫁人员3例,阳性率0.193%;女性性服务者1例,阳性率0.259%;男男性接触1例,阳性率0.980%;外出务工人员2例,阳性率0.069%;留守妇女1例,阳性率0.095%。男性3例,阳性率0.078%;女性5例,阳性率0.097%。抗-HIV阳性者配偶检出2例。8例抗-HIV阳性者均为性接触传播。结论：盐都区属艾滋病低流行区,应加强全民健康教育,提高一般人群对艾滋病的自我防范意识,以遏制艾滋病的流行和蔓延。

Objective：To analyze the present prevail situation and characters of AIDS virus infection in different groups of people in Yandu District of Yancheng to provide the basis for preventing and combating the AIDS in future.Methods：The HIV antibody was detected with ELISA among these people,such as the non-native married people,female sexual workers in entertainment,the criminals-detained,the labor-outside,the venereal disease outpatients,the male homosexual people,the staying women,the blood donors,the pregnant,the high school students,the positive HIV antibody patients′ spouses in Yandu in 2005 to 2007.Results：Eight were positive among 9003 persons′ serum samples,with a positive rate of 0.089%.Among the eight positives,one AIDS patients（the outworker who has been dead）,three cases of non-native married people,accounting for 0.193%,one case of female sexual worker,accounting for 0.259%,one case of men homosexual,accounting for 0.980%,two case of outworkers,accounting for 0.069%,one case of women staying,accounting for 0.095%,Three out of eight were male,positive rate 0.078%,while the other five female 0.097%,2 cases of the positive HIV antibody patients′ spouses,and all the eight were infected through sexual contact.Conclusion：Yandu district is a low prevalence region of AIDS now.It is necessary to strengthen the universal health education and improve the self-awareness of prevention so as to control the spread of AIDS.
