摘要
随着电力电子技术的发展,蓄电池在工业领域得到了广泛应用。充放电是蓄电池生产中的关键过程,其控制水平直接关系到产品的质量。显示模块在充放电控制中起了重大作用。本文以蓄电池充放电智能控制为目标,采用Atmega16单片机设计了蓄电池充放电控制器,并结合TC1602A开发了系统的显示功能。ICCAVR C操作硬件资源是显示功能研究中的亮点。通过多次现场实际运行对显示功能进行了验证,具有一定的工程实际意义。
With the development of power electronics technology, batteries are being widely used in industry domain. Charging and discharging are the key process in battery production, which is directly related to the product quality. Display function plays an important part role in charging and discharging control. For the intelligence control of battery charging and discharging, the paper presents a design based on the microcontroller Atmegal6, and illustrates the display function with TC1602A. Operating the hardware resources with ICCAVR C is a bright spot in display function research. The experimental results show that the display function satisfies the application requirements.
