摘要
针对纺织品检测中采用水银接触温度计进行温度控制的恒温烘箱存在的问题,介绍了一种基于MSP430单片机的智能温度控制系统。MSP430单片机根据铂电阻测量的温度值,然后执行PID控制,其输出控制量,经光电隔离和放大,控制可控硅的导通角,使恒温烤箱的温度达到理想的设计值。
In order to solve the problem in the testing of textile sheets that adopt mercury contact thermometer to realize the temperature control of constant temperature oven ,this paper introduces a intellectual temperature control system .The MSP430 computes a temperature value deviation according to the measured temperature value, then carry on a PID control,meanwhile, the output control quantity through phototube coupling and enlarge, to control the angle of flow of silicon controlled rectifier to attain an ideal design value of constant temperature oven .
