摘要
工业控制是嵌入式系统重要的应用领域。本文介绍了一种基于ARM9插卡式的嵌入式工控机系统的设计,内容涉及工控机的硬件结构、各部分组成及实现原理,系统采用Linux操作系统作为软件管理平台,并对Linux操作系统实时性进行了研究。研究该系统的目的是利用成本低,通用性强,工作稳定,界面友好的32位嵌入式工控机取代工业PC机在工业控制现场的应用。
The embedded system is an important application in the Industrial control fields. This paper presents a design of slot-embedded IPC system based on ARM9, referred to hardware structure, components and implementation principle. Linux operating system is used as the software management platform. Real time of linux operating system is also studied in this paper. Aiming at studying the system research is to replace PC by 32-hit embedded system which is low cost, friendly interface, stable work and strong common function in the application of industrial control field.
