摘要
本文设计了基于FPGA的PWM变频控制集成电路,主要用于三相交流异步电机的变频驱动。仿真和实验结果表明,该芯片完全可以作为单片机的一个独立的外部电路工作,它具有工作频率宽,参数调节方便、准确,保护电路完善。
This paper designed PWM generator IC of frequency control system, which can be used for the inverter driver of asynchronous motor. From the simulation and the test, it can work as a independent circuit outside the singlechip. It had wide working frequency, convenient and accurate adjustment of parameters, good protect circuit.
