摘要 介绍了适用于钻、铣削加工过程刀具监控测力刀柄的设计思想,比较了几种不同结构测力刀柄的优缺点,提出了用薄壁圆筒作为传感器弹性元件的新构思和四维测力刀柄的静、动态性能。 In this paper, the design of the shanks are introduced, which are used for cutting force/torque measuring in drilling and milling process. Through the comparison of several type of shanks, it is identified that the shank with a thin wall cylinder as elastic member has better dynamic and static performance.
