摘要
2008年初我国冰雪灾害造成电网大范围停电和严重破坏,对热点研究的广域保护课题提出新的要求:在以往重点研究大电网稳定破坏事故中保护适用性的基础上,还必须应对极端自然灾害导致网架破坏而引起的特殊问题.有限广域智能保护的基本理念是以提高电网安全"第一道防线"的性能为着眼点,利用有限广域信息与人工智能技术,研究能适应复杂大电网并对各种电网灾变具有自主应对能力的一种新型电网保护系统.介绍有限广域智能保护的关键技术,将有助于从原理性探索向应用研究的转化.
In early 2008, large range blackout and severe damage of power networks were caused by the snow and ice disaster in China. New requirements of wide area protection have been put forward : besides the protection adaptability for instability incidents in large power grid, some special problems of network structure destruction caused by extreme disaster must be taken into account. Limited wide area intelligent protection provides the capability of adapting large complex power grid, coping with power network catastrophe and improving performance of power network first defending line by making use of limited wide area information and intelligent technology. Some key technologies for the protection are introduced in this paper, which impels wide area protection form conceptual exploration into applied research.
