摘要
电弧炉是供电系统各类功率波动性负荷中对电压特性影响最大的负荷.论文以具有多台电弧炉的某新建钢铁公司接入电网为例,分析了电弧炉的工作特性,并对配电网电压波动、闪变和谐波等电能质量指标进行了预测,提出了治理方案,计算和分析结果表明:SVC装置可以有效抑制电流谐波和电压波动.
Arc furnace is one of fluctuated power loads which greatly impact on voltage characteristics in power supply system. As an example, a new steel mill with some arc furnace decices connecting to a distribution network is investigated in this paper. The work characteristics of arc furnace devices are analyzed. The power quality indexes, such as voltage fluctuation, voltage flicker, harmonics component, are predicted. Some supression methods for harmonics are proposed. The calculation and analysis results show that the SVC device can suppress current harmonics and voltage fluctuation.
