本文从以下几个方面阐述了"电机与拖动"课程教学改革。教学课程改革包括科学制定教学大纲、加强教材建设和合理选择教学内容;教学方法和教学手段改革包括采用多元化教学方法、多媒体技术及利用信息化技术进行网络课程建设;实验教学改革包括改革实验课教学和实习课教学;考试方法改革包括建立试卷库并采用多种考核方法。

This paper presents the teaching reform of the Electric Machinery and Drive course as follows： reform the teaching course, including setting teaching outline scientifically, strengthening teaching material compiling and selecting the contents of the course reasonably; reform the teaching methods and teaching measures, including adopting various teaching methods, multimedia technique and setting up network course by information technique; reform experiment, lesson; reform the testing methods, including setting including reforming experiment teaching and practice up item pool and adopting various examining ways.
