产学研模式培养研究生的探索

The Cultivation Graduate Students Based on the Mode of the Combination of Production,Study and Research

本文分析了当前研究生培养中存在的问题,探讨企业、研究所和高校通过产学研结合培养研究生的必要性以及产学研结合的具体模式。对新形式下我院在产学研合作培养研究生的模式方面所取得的成果进行了总结,探索了研究生创新能力培养新模式,对推进产学研合作培养高层次应用型人才具有一定的指导意义。

The existing problems are analyzed during the graduate student cultivation. The necessity and the mode of the combination of production, study and research to cultivate graduate students are discussed. We have summarized and refined to the achievements of the cultivation graduate students based on the mode of the combination of production, study and research under new conditions in our university. The new mode of cultivating the graduate student＇s innovation capability was investigated, which had some degree of guiding significance for the combination of production, study and research to cultivate high level applied talents.
