摘要 研究了4Cr5MoSiV1钢经真空炉1050℃加热负压气淬,气体渗碳炉960℃保护气氛加热油淬和风冷的淬硬深度、抗回火稳定性、耐磨性。结果表明,4Cr5MoSiV1钢960℃加热淬火硬度可达(51~53)HRC,170mm的试块可以淬透,有很好的回火稳定性和耐磨性,是一种变形较小的热处理工艺。 In this article heat treatment of 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel was made by underpressure gas quenching after it was heated to 1050℃ in vacuum furnace,oil quenching and circulating gas cooling respectively after it was heated to 960℃ under protective atmosphere in carburizing furnace Then,the depth of hardening,temper resistance and wear resistance of above treated steel were investigated The result shows that by quenching from 960℃ the hardness reaches (51~53)HRC,full quenching can be obtained for the samples of 170mm in diameter,temper resistance and wearing is superiorThe deformation is also small by using this heat treatment process
