Analysis of Broken Shaft on Roots Blower

通过断口及金相检查分析了罗茨鼓风机轴早期断裂失效的原因，认为该轴工作时受过大的名义扭矩，且选材不合理，其断裂属扭转疲劳脆性断裂。

This paper analyses the antebroken shaft of roots blower by observing it's fracture and microstructure.The result shows that the breaking of this shaft is twist fatigue brittle fracture,as its equivalent twist force is extremely big during it's working process and also it's material selection is irrational.
