摘要
研究了最终退火工艺对两种经过两次冷轧和两次退火的低碳钢带在冲制电池壳时产生深冲缺陷的影响。结果表明:两种钢带分别采用600℃×16h保温和560℃×12h等温、640℃×12h保温的最终退火工艺可消除它们的深冲缺陷。
The effects of final annealing processe on the deep punching defects occuring when two kinds of lowcarbon steel strips produced by the processes of twice rolling and twice annealing were punched into battery shells have been studied.The results show that the deep punching defects can be eliminated when the two kinds of steel strips adopted the final annealing processes respectively:600℃×16h and 560℃×12h,640℃×12h.
