摘要
分析了喷油嘴顶杆工作面早期麻坑剥落失效原因,认为造成顶杆早期失效的主要原因是材料热加工和热处理不当,造成碳化物沿晶界呈网状分布,使材料变脆。在应力和介质的共同作用下,导致顶杆工作面发生早期麻坑剥落失效。
This paper studied the premature pocked scaling of pushing bar of oil spray nozzle.It has been found that the main reason for the pocked scaling is the incorrect heat processing and heat treatment which resulted in the nonuniform distribution of carbides.As the consequence,the material became brittle and failed early at the joint action of stress and medium.
