沿海水产业与海陆一体化发展程度分析

Analysis on coastal aquaculture industry and integration of land and sea

沿海水产业在海陆一体化发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。其产业体系内部自身各海域产业部门与陆域产业部门之间及其与同处沿海地区的其他海洋产业和临海产业间的直接经济关联和依存性,可很大程度说明海陆一体化发展的程度。本文采用灰色系统理论对上述关联进行分析,结果表明:我国沿海水产业内部关联度不是很大;与其他海洋产业关联度还可以,但与建立海陆一体化的要求相比,仍然不高。因此需要采取一定的措施加强海陆一体化进程。

Coastal aquaculture plays an important role in the development process or lana and sea integration. There is direct economic correlation and dependence between sea area industry department and land industry department of the internal industry system. The other marine industries, which are in the coastal area, can significantly reflect the development degree of the integration of land and sea. The author has analyzed the above correlation by using Grey System Theory, and the results show that coastal aquaculture internal correlation in China is not very big, and the correlation with other marine industries can be very big, but comparing with the requirements to establishment of the integration of land and sea, it is still not high. Therefore it needs to take certain measures to strengthen the process of the integration of land and sea.
