浙江省群众灯光围网渔具渔法调查分析

Investigation of fishing gear and fishing method at the crowd light seine in Zhejiang Province

2006年3月上旬至6月中旬,笔者对浙江省群众灯光围网渔具、渔法及其渔业资源利用情况做了初步的调查。通过调查分析得出:(1)目前浙江省群众灯光围网使用的网具正在由前几年的小规模网具(367.0 m×130.0m)向大规模网具(750.0m×245.0m)发展,作业渔场也在由传统的沿岸、近海渔场向外海、深水渔场发展;(2)灯光围网作业的船组过多,捕捞强度过大,捕捞量大于可捕量,导致近年的灯光围网捕捞产量出现较大的波动;(3)灯光围网主要设备有较大部分仍然延用传统的设备,这对于外海的鲐鯵鱼生产存在着较大不适应性,制约了灯光围网渔业的发展;(4)灯光围网作业新手较多,存在的安全隐患比较大。

From the beginning of March to the middle of June in 2006, the author made a survey on fishing gear and fishing method at crowd light seine and situation of utilization of fishery resources in Zhejiang Province. Through the analysis we know that, （1）At present the fishing gear in Zhejiang province is being developed gradually, it is developed from small scale （367.0×130.0） to large scale （750.0m×245.0m）, and the production fishing ground is also developed from traditional coastal and offshore to far off depth sea; （2） At present, the number of vessels is overabundance, and fishing is excessive. The quantity of fishing is more than the resource reserves, and it results that the production of light seine in recent years appears some fluctuation; （3） The major equipments of light seine fishery are still traditional equipments, some of them are too old to be used, therefore, it limited the development of light seine fishery; （4） The tenderfoots for light seine operation are more and more, and this maybe exists a larger danger.
