山东省济宁市渔业发展战略剖析

Strategy of Jining fishery development

本文运用SWOT分析方法,对济宁渔业发展的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行了详细分析。借鉴波特的竞争战略理论、可持续发展战略理论、循环经济理论以及现代渔业理论对济宁渔业发展战略进行了研究探讨,对今后渔业发展趋势进行了分析预测,提出了济宁渔业的发展设想和政策措施。指出要突出强调发展生态渔业、高效渔业和品牌渔业,贯彻"稳、调、提、拓"发展方针,即稳步增加养殖面积和产量,调整优化养殖结构和布局结构,提高水产品质量和产业化经营水平,大力拓展水产品市场和渔业经济发展空间。

The author has analyzed in details about advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Jining fishery development by using SWOT analysis method. Author has also studied and proposed the strategy of Jining fishery development by drawing lessons from Poter＇s competition strategy theory, sustainable development strategy theory, recycling economy theory and modem fishery theory. Author has also forecasted trend of fishery development and proposed the Jining fishery development plan and its policy measures.
