摘要 以2个属间、9个属内杂交种子和2个自交组合的种子为材料,研究了影响观赏风梨种子离体萌发的因素。结果表明,基因型不同,观赏凤梨种子的萌发率不同,最高和最低萌发率相差76.5%。光照和温度对种子萌发有显著影响,接种后相同的天数,25℃恒温下的平均种子萌动率比变温和18℃恒温下的高。6-8μmol/(m^2·s)光照下的种子发芽率和萌发指数比25~29μmol/(m^2·s)光照下的高,种毛对种子的萌发有促进作用。贮藏对种子萌发影响显著,贮藏17d,种子的萌发率显著下降。 Nine intrageneric hybrids and two inbreds of Vriesea and two intergeneric hybrids between Vriesea and Guzmania were employed to investigate factors influencing on germination of ornamental bromeliad seeds in vitro. The results showed that the germination rate varied with genotypes, and the difference between the highest and the lowest germination rate was 76.5%. The culture condition had significant influence on seed germination. The germination rate and index under 6 - 8μmol/ ( m^2 · s) was higher than that under 25 - 29 μmol/ ( m^2 ·s) ,and the germination rate at 25 ℃ constant temperature was higher than that at alternative or 18 ℃ constant temperature. The seed triehome could improve the germination. The germination rate of seeds stored 17 d was significant lower than that of the control.
