摘要
本试验以菜豆为试材,采用土培法,研究了土壤中不同浓度的外源铬(0、2、8、15、25 mg/kg)对菜豆幼苗生长的影响。试验结果表明:高浓度的外源铬(15、25 mg/kg)对菜豆幼苗的株高、地上部鲜重、叶面积、主根长有显著、极显著的抑制作用,且叶片细胞膜透性增大,抑制了菜豆幼苗的生长。
Kidney bean seedling was treated with different concentration of exogenous Cr solution (0,2 25 mg/kg)in soil. The results showed that higher levels of exogenous Cr solution( 15,25 mg/kg)could ,8,15, signifieantly restrain or extremely significantly restrain seedling height, terrestrial fresh weight,leaf area and main root length ,increase penetrating quality of cell membrane of leaf,and restrain kidney bean seedling growth.
