摘要
对金属型离心铸造柴油机缸套的金相组织与内表面质量缺陷的产生原因及影响因素进行了分析。通过采用覆膜砂内衬、提高铸型喷涂前预热温度、严格控制化学成分及进行二次孕育改善了金相组织;通过提高浇注温度、缩短浇注时间、向型内撒入保温剂等措施改善了缸套内表面质量。
The reason causing microstructure defects and internal surface defects and the factors influencing the defects were analyzed. The microstructure was improved by using resin-coated sand lining on the mold wall, increasing preheating temperature of the mold wall before coating, strictly controlling chemical composition and conducting inoculation two times; the internal surface quality of the cylinder liner was improved by increasing pouring temperature, shortening pouring duration and sprinkling insulating powder onto the mold surface.
