摘要
介绍了493Q气缸盖的铸造工艺,分析认为气孔缺陷是因砂芯受热分解与浇注系统不合理裹入气体导致。采取在水套砂芯左侧工艺芯头处添加出气通路、重新设计浇注系统各控制参数及组芯方式等措施,有效地解决了493Q气缸盖的气孔缺陷问题。
The casting method of 493Q cylinder head was introduced. It was believed after the reason analysis that the blowhole defect was caused by the gas evolution of sand cores after being heated and the improper pouring system design which leading to the gas immixture. The blowhole defect problem has been solved effectively by adopting measurers such as: setting additional venting channel at the print of jacket core, changing parameters of the pouring system and improving the cores-assembling mode, and so on.
