摘要 采用动、静态相结合的方法对不同厚度LF6型铝合金平板(δ=5.6mm)的焊接角变形试验表明以堆焊、开坡口焊两种形式进行自动TIG焊时,角变形是由温差或失稳引起的,从而得出其焊接角变形的规律,确定出平板状态下的临界板厚。 Methods of dynamic and static measurement are adopted to study welding angular distortion of different thickness plate. Automatic welding in surface and groove is used for LF6Y2 aluminium alloy. Temperature in difference and stability - lost lead to angular distortion, therefore the law of welding angular distortion adn critical thickness are obtained
