EFFECT OF PREFUSION ON REDUCING CORE MELT-RETARDATION OF FLUX CORD WIRE

研究了药粉预熔对改善药芯焊丝滞熔现象的作用。指出药粉预熔可通过缩短药芯熔化所需的时间,从而有效地减轻滞熔现象,减少焊接飞溅。

The effect of profusion on reducing the core melt-retardation of flux cored wire is studied. It shows, by prefusion of the core, the meltign time of the core is shortened, so the melt-retardation of the core is reduced and the welding spatter decreased.
