摘要
对聚乙烯医疗器具进行了超声波焊接,设计了具有合适振幅放大比的工具头满足了振幅要求.试验结果表明:在一定的焊接振幅条件下,尽量采用较小的焊接压力及焊接时间可以获得较好的综合质量.为保证焊件的外观质量,采取了垫纸及焊头端面合适圆滑过渡等措施.
The coefficient of friction, the modulus of elasticity and the hardness of surface for polythene are lower as compared with others, to overcome these features a new procedure and device are developed so that a number of medical apparatus are welded ultrasonically with good quality.
