摘要
介绍了一种用于压缩机(电冰箱、空调器)生产中壳体与3管(排气管、吸气管、工艺管)进行自动钎焊的专用焊机.该钎焊机可实现3管的同时焊接.工位布置为转盘式(12工位),设有工件检测和焊后冷却工位.采用可摆动的多火焰加热形式及气动送料方式.电控系统是以PLC可编程控制器为中心,通过位置传感器实现各动作的闭环和时序控制.提供的工艺参数可满足13s/件的生产节拍.
A new automatic flame brazing machine is developed with multiple station turntable used for brazing compressor shells and pipes of refrigerators and air conditioners. The turntable consists of 12 stations programming with PLC controller to fit 13 s/piece brazing cycle.
