摘要 利用有限元方法,建立了偏磨油管强度分析的空间有限元模型,对影响偏磨油管剩余强度的因素进行了分析。研究结果表明,油管的抗内压强度随油管内壁偏磨深度的增加呈指数下降趋势变化;在偏磨量相同的情况下,随着匹配的抽油杆直径的变小,偏磨区域的应力集中程度增大,油管的抗内压强度有所下降;在相同的载荷条件下,油管的等效应力变化主要受油管偏磨深度的影响,而偏磨长度对油管应力的影响并不十分显著。 The spatial finite element model for the strength analysis of eccentric worn tubing was established using finite element method. The influence on the residual strength of eccentric worn tubing was analyzed. The results show that internal pressure strength of tubing decreases exponentially with the increase of inner wall depth of eccentric worn tubing. In the same eccentric worn amount, the stress concentration of eccentric worn region increases and pressure strength of tubing decreases when matching sucker rod diameter becomes smaller. In the same load condition, the tubing Von Miss stress is mainly effected by the eccentric worn depth of tubing and the effect of eccentric worn length is not remarkable.
