介绍了刷式汽封的研究与应用发展状况,阐述了刷式汽封的基本结构,分析了刷式汽封与传统梳齿密封不同的密封机制和密封效果。根据某国产汽轮机高压缸前端轴封参数对刷式汽封泄漏量进行计算,并对结构参数、材料进行选择。
The research and application development of brush seal were summarized and the basic structure of brush seal was introduced. The different mechanism and sealing effect of brush seal compared with the traditional labyrinth seal were analyzed. According to the shaft seal parameters of a steam turbine, the strength of brush seal was checked and the leakage of brush seal was calculated. The structural parameters of brush seal were designed and materials for brush seal were selected.
