摘要 对环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置反应器凝液循环泵机械密封频繁失效故障进行分析,指出机械密封内冲洗失效及密封腔温度高是造成泵机械密封失效的主要原因,通过变自冲洗为外冲洗、泵叶轮开平衡孔降低密封腔压力、调整叶轮定距套尺寸、先打开密封冲洗液以改变泵操作步骤等措施,解决了机械密封频繁失效故障。 The failure of the mechanical seal of condensate cycle pump for the epoxy ethane/glycol reactor was analyzed. It was pointed out that the main reasons for the failure of the mechanical seal are the failure of the flush of inner-seal and the high temperature of seal chamber. Some improvement methods, such as using outer-flush to replace self-flush, to bore an equalizing port on pump impeller to reduce inner-pressure, to adjust the dimension of distance sleeve, using flushing fluid first were put forward, which improves the mechanical seal of condensate cycle pump.
