摘要 λ/4光纤波片温度位相差误差是光纤电流互感器最主要误差源之一。本文研究偏振光在非理想波片处偏振态的变换过程,分析波片位相差温度稳定性对互感器测量准确度影响机理,导出波片温度误差模型。在互感器闭环信号检测方案基础上,通过不等占空比方波相位调制,展宽零相位差干涉尖峰值;进而应用第二A/D转换器,提取干涉结果中直流信息,以此设计波片温度误差补偿方案。实验结果表明,通过补偿,在?40~60℃范围内,互感器测量电流比变化量从±0.75%降低到了±0.25%。 Phasic difference temperature error of quarter wave plate is one of the primary errors of fiber optic current transducer (FOCT). Polarization transform procedure of polarized light at quarter wave plate is analyzed. The influence principle of phase difference temperature stability to FOCT scale factor is disclosed. Afterwards, temperature error model of the plate is deduced. By introducing another A/D and performing unequal duty ratio square wave modulation, DC component and kurtosis information of the interference output are distilled respectively. Thus, a temperature error compensation scheme is designed with these two parameters. The experimental results show that FOCT scale factor error is decreased from ±0.75% to ±0.25% at-40-60℃ by employing the compensation process.
