摘要
采用有限元法模拟发生电接触故障的射频同轴插接器内高频电流的传播过程。计算得到接触电阻、接触电感和接触电容,分析它们随频率的变化关系。提出射频同轴插接器的高频接触阻抗模型,研究它对高速信号传输的影响。通过实验测量腐蚀同轴插接器的接触电阻,提出可以防止射频同轴插接器发生电接触故障的一些建议。
Based on finite element method(FEM), the transmission of high frequency current in degraded coaxial connectors is simulated and the contact resistance, contact inductance and interracial capacitance are calculated at high frequencies. A model of contact impedance is introduced and its influence on high speed signal transmission is analyzed. Experiment is taken to measure the contact resistance of some degraded BNC coaxial connectors. Some useful suggestions are given to avoid the contact failure.
