摘要
阐述了焊接钢管在制造过程中残余应力（内应力）产生的原因及种类，分析了这些残余应力对钢制管道的性能影响，提出了几种如何消除钢管内有害的残余应力的方法。
The causes and types of the residual stress in welded pipes are explained. The influence on steel pipe prpoerties due to such residual stress is analyzed. Several methods about how to eliminate adverse residual stress is put forward.
