D2钢高温变形动态再结晶软化率数学模型的建立

摘要 实验表明D2钢在高温变形时发生动态再结晶。本文利用D2钢高温压缩变形的实验结果研究了高温变形时动态再结晶软化率与变形条件的关系,同时应用多元回归法回归出动态再结晶软化率的数学模型。结果表明D2钢的动态再结晶软化率是变形程度与Z/A的函数。 Experiment shows that dynamic recrystallization occurs when D2 steel is deformed at hight emperature. By using the experiment results of high-temperature compressive deformation of D2 steel, the relationship between dynamic recrystallization softening fraction of high-temperature derofmation and deformation conditions is investigated. The mathematical model of dynamic recrystallization softening fraction is made by means of multiple regression method. The result shows that the dynamic recrystallization softening fraction of D2 steel is the function of deformation degreeand Z/A.
