摘要
介绍了一种新型矿用工字钢。该型钢具有腿宽、腹薄、内侧斜度小等特点，因此比现行标准的矿用工字钢单重平均下降２．２ｋｇ／ｍ，而且通过采用修正切分楔角度、合理分配压下系数等措施，较好地解决了轧钢过程中易产生的腿宽尺寸不足及偏心度超差等问题。
A kind of new type I-beam for mining is introduced. This section steel has the characteristics such as wide legs, thin web and small inside slope, so its average weight lightened by 2.2 kg/m according to current standard. By adjusting the degree of dividing wedge and reasonably allotting reduction parameters, the problems which are easy to occur in rolling process, such as insufficient leg width and beyond-toleranc eeccentricity can be well solved.
