Performance of Rural Public Products Supplying System:An Framework Analysis

基于农村公共产品供给制度绩效的评价,引入生产可能性曲线,从制度供给的主观绩效与客观绩效两个维度构建一个分析思路框架,并运用该思路框架对我国现行农村公共产品供给制度的绩效进行简单考察,从总体配置、区域配置和产品配置三个侧面得出我国农村公共产品供给制度绩效的一个基本判断。

This paper intends to review and evaluate the performance of supply institution of rural public goods. Introducing production possibilities curve, this paper establishes a frame of analysis approach of institutional supply from two dimensions subjective performance and objective performance, and then reviews the performance of supply institution of rural public goods by applying the approach frame. As a result, this paper makes a basic judg- ment of the performance of supply institution of China＇s rural public goods from three aspects overall configuration, the regional configuration and product configuration.
