介绍了国外引进的步进齿条式冷床制动板的特点及电气控制中偏转板起动时间、制动板起动时间、制动距离的计算。并介绍了调试和使用中遇到的问题及解决办法。
The characteristics of the brake plate of imported walking-beam rack-type cooling bed and the computation methods of starting time of deflection plate, starting time of brake plate and braking distance in electrical control are introduced. The problems and solving methods in debugging and operation are introduced.
