摘要
青海基础教育形成了独特的体系结构,呈现出普通教育与民族教育双元体系的存在态势。但是,青海基础教育的类型结构、层次结构、空间布局结构、师资队伍结构都需调整、规划和改革。本文立足青海基础教育的实际,着眼基础教育结构的分析,以区域教育均衡发展为基本理念,建构青海基础教育改革与发展的政策框架。
The basic educationin Qinghai has developed into an uniquesystem and structure witn me general education and minority education coexisting in the same system. However, the category structure, level structure, space layout structure, teaching staff structure all need modification, planning and reform. Based on the basic education, the essay focuses on the analysis of the structure of the basic educationand constructs the policy of the basic education reform and development in Qinghai from the perspective of balanced development of regional education.
