我国现行的管理心理学理论中,相当一部分内容吸收了西方管理心理学思想,因此,如何吸收西方管理心理学思想中为我有用的合理内核是非常重要的。本文拟从西方管理心理思想的理论流派和有分析、有批判的吸收两个维度来研究西方管理心理思想。

For the theory of administration psychology in our country currently there＇s a large quantity of contents come from the theory of the west administration psychology, so it＇s very important to make sure how to absorb the rational core among the thought of the theory of the west administration psychology. The author thinks that we can absorb those rational components and used it by us if we stand on the basis of thoroughly studying and analyzing the theory of the west administration psychology. This article wants to study the theory of the west administration psychology from two sides ： the theory school of the west administration psychology and absorbed by analysis andcriticism.
