摘要
挤压铸造可细化Si合金化ZA43合金的铸态组织、大幅度提高其力学性能。其中:抗拉强度值提高50MPa以上,伸长率提高至4%以上,合金的耐磨性亦有提高。
Abstract.By squeeze casting,as cast structure of Si alloyed ZA43 can be fined,mechanical properties can be dramatically improved with an increment of more than 50MPa of tensile strength and with elongation above 4% and improvement of wear resistance.
