挤压铸造Si合金化ZA43合金的组织及性能

Structure  Properties of Si Alloyed ZA43 by Squeeze Casting.

挤压铸造可细化Ｓｉ合金化ＺＡ４３合金的铸态组织、大幅度提高其力学性能。其中：抗拉强度值提高５０ＭＰａ以上，伸长率提高至４％以上，合金的耐磨性亦有提高。

Abstract.By squeeze casting,as cast structure of Si alloyed ZA43 can be fined,mechanical properties can be dramatically improved with an increment of more than 50MPa of tensile strength and with elongation above 4% and improvement of wear resistance.
