There has been a heated discussion about ＂legal tactuality＂ and ＂＇obJective tactuahty . Up to now, ＂legal factuality＂ has been accepted by most scholars as evidence in lawsuits. Proceeding from the perspective of jurisprudence, the article offers a semantic analysis and value analysis of ＂legal factuality＂ to provide the readers with a clear understanding of the term.
