流动人口权利保障机制探析

On Security System for Guaranteeing Migrating Population's Rights

中国社会是一个差异性极大的社会,城市和农村、东部和中西部的经济发展极不平衡,导致大量农民从农村流入城市,从中西部区域流入东部区域。城市农民工、外来工、流动人口已经逐渐成为城市生活中的不可或缺的群体。虽然他们对流入地的城市发展作出了重要贡献,但是他们在工作地的地位仍然处于最下层,权益保障经常性地受到侵害和忽视。如何保障流动人口的权益,改善他们的就业环境是多方关心的问题。本文试图从为流动人口建立一系列政治机制的角度进行分析和探索。

Due to the imbalanced economic development between the rural and urban areas, between the east and the west, there appears large number of migrating population into its cities and eastern areas in China. Although the migrant workers have made great contributions to cities＇ development, they are the lowest social groups in cities and their rights are always neglected or infringed upon. This article probes into the ways for establishing a series of political systems for protecting migrating population＇s rights and improving their working environment.
