摘要
本文就北京市部分郊区县中小学党支部书记培训工作进行了调研,总结概括了目前中小学基层党建工作及培训机构存在的主要问题,并对今后中小学党支部书记培训提出了一些建议,以求有助于今后中小学党支部书记培训工作的质量创新和提高。
based on the investigation and study for the current situation of training primary and secondary school party branch secretaries in some districts in Beijing, the article sums up major problems in party building and training agencies and puts forward corresponding suggestions for future training of party branch secretaries, hoping to help improve the training quality.
