摘要
在教师和校长培训中,采用网络课程的形式来完成一定的培训任务逐渐成为一种趋势。本文指出了目前网络课程开发中存在的一些问题,对问题的原因从三个方面进行了分析和讨论,即课程论、学习理论和信息技术在课程与教学中的价值与作用。在此基础上,提出了解决问题的几个对策。
It is a trend to apply the network curriculums into the projects of training on teachers and principals.The main problems on the development of network curriculum are pointed out in this article.Then the causes of those problems are analysized from three perspectives,which are the curriulum theoriea,the learning theories and the values and role of information technology in curriculunm and instruction. On the basis of the analysis several solutions to the prolems are proposed.
