摘要
１５ｔ台车式铸钢件退火炉，采用机械往复炉排燃煤机、单侧大燃烧室束放型火墙中下部反射加热方式，热气流分布大为改善，炉温均匀；应用复合保温墙体和单侧机械喷射排烟系统，实现了造价低、运行热效率高和满足环境保护对退火炉排烟排尘指标的要求。
AbstractWith mechanical reciprocal grate and with reverberating heating from middle and bottom wall of large firebox in one side,the 15t trailer mounted annealing furnace for steel castings has improved its heat flow distribution and with even temperature.Application of compound wall body and one side jet exhaust system have realized low cost and high heat efficiency in operation to meet requirement of environment protection from fume and dust emission.
