摘要
本文以4105QB高速柴油机为对象,对其配气机构的工作原理和结构特点进行了综合分析,建立了可行的气门数学模型,并结合其技术现状及多元影响因素,采用非线性规划法,对配气凸轮型线及摇臂机构提出了新的优化设计措施。
In this paper,the working principle and structural features of the 4105QB diesel engine valve train have been analyzed.The feasible mathematical model of valve train is built,and nonlinear programming method is applied to optimize the profile line of valve cam and rocking arm mechanism combined into current technology status and multiple influence factors.
