固定床氯化炉炉体材料及结构的探讨

Study on Materials and Construction of Fixative Bed Chloride-furnace

氯化炉是生产海绵锆及其化合物过程中的主要设备。多年来氯化炉炉体的材料选择一直不能满足生产的需要，制约着产量和效益的提高。本研究就选用碳砖制做氯化炉内衬材料，从理论上进行了探讨，并对炉体结构进行了改进。文中所阐述的问题已被实践证实，并获得了明显的效益。

Chloride-furnace is the main equipment of producing zirconium sponge and zirconium compound. For many years, the materials used in chloride-furnace could not meet the need of production, body and the improvement of quantity and profit of production. The paper states were limited. It was studied theoretically for the carbon-brick to be used to make furnace body while the furnace body was improved. This was proved by practice and obviouse profit. 
