2090铝锂合金中T_1相与亚晶界间的交互作用 被引量:3

摘要 利用TEM技术和位错应力场的计算,研究了2090AlLi合金中片状脱溶相T1在小角度晶界上的非均匀沉淀情况。TEM观察结果表明,仅有一种T1相的变体可在亚晶界上析出。通过对[110]束向下所出现的惯析面平行于(111)和(111)晶面的两种变体与刃型位错墙的弹性交互作用能的计算,得到了在亚晶界上所析出的变体具有较低的弹性交互作用能的结论,因而该变体在亚晶界上析出时具有较小的形核功。 The situation of heterogeneous precipitation of plateshaped T1 phase on the lowangle boundary in 2090 aluminumlithium alloy was investigated by using transmission electron microscope and calculating dislocation stress field. The of TEM result shows that only single T1 variant can be precipitated on the subgrain boundary. The calculation results of elastic interaction energy between the two variants, which the habit planes parallel to (111) and (111) plane respectively, and the edge dislocation wall illustrate that the variant nucleating on the subgrain boundary has lowe nucleation energy.
